Goldman cuts KOSPI target 25% to 9,000, but the new target still implies ~62% upside

Bloomberg reported this weekend that Goldman Sachs cut its 12 month target for South Korea's KOSPI index 25%, to 9,000 from 12,000, after a 35%+ drop from the June peak.

KOSPI sits near 5,550 at about 4x forward earnings, so even the cut target is 62% upside. If the 65% earnings collapse being priced in actually hits, you still pay only about 11.4x.
