Marvell in advanced talks to acquire Lumentum, LITE jumps 17% after-hours
Marvell Technology is in advanced talks to acquire optical components maker Lumentum Holdings, according to a Benzinga report. Lumentum shares surged as much as 17% in after-hours trading while Marvell slipped. The deal would consolidate optical networking components supply at a time of surging AI infrastructure demand.
