$TSLA · Tesla, Inc.
Tesla, Inc. filed additional proxy materials notifying shareholders of its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for December 3, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central Time. The meeting will be held virtually via the internet, with a limited number of shareholders able to attend in person at Gigafactory Texas in Austin, Texas. Shareholders may vote by December 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, and the filing notes that proxy materials are available online or by request until November 19, 2026.
The filing lists three proposals for shareholder vote. Shareholders are asked to elect three Class I directors to three-year terms: Elon Musk, Robyn Denholm, and JB Straubel. They are also asked to approve, on a non-binding advisory basis, 2025 executive compensation, and to ratify the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as Tesla’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.
Tesla’s board recommends a vote for each director nominee and for the other two proposals. The document states that it is not a votable ballot and directs shareholders to review the complete proxy materials before voting.
