Eli Lilly posts $24.4B Q3 and raises 2026 guide to $91B-$92B; the midpoint implies Q4 revenue of ~$24.3B, flat with Q3

Eli Lilly (LLY) reported $24.4B of Q3 revenue on Thursday, up 39% from a year ago. It also lifted its 2026 guide to $91B to $92B.

Mounjaro plus Zepbound was ~66% of sales. Take out the $67.2B booked so far and the midpoint implies ~$24.3B for Q4, flat with Q3. Smells like sandbagging. Not financial advice.
