UnitedHealth beat: same $112.7B revenue, ~75% more profit, net margin ~2.1% to 3.6%

UnitedHealth Group beat third-quarter estimates Tuesday ($4.69 adjusted EPS vs about $4.14 expected) and raised its 2026 floor to at least $20.50.

The part I like: revenue was flat at $112.7B but net income rose to $4.11B from $2.35B. That's ~75% more profit on the same sales. Net margin went from roughly 2.1% to 3.6%, so it keeps about $1.50 more of every $100.
