$BAC · Bank of America Corporation
This pricing supplement describes a new issuance of Contingent Income Issuer Callable Yield Notes by BofA Finance LLC, fully guaranteed by Bank of America Corporation, with a total offering of about $1.99 million. The notes are linked to the least performing of four underlyings: the Nasdaq-100 Index, the S&P 500 Index, the Utilities Select Sector SPDR ETF, and the iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF. They were priced on November 4, 2026, and are scheduled to mature around March 7, 2031, unless called earlier.
The notes offer monthly contingent coupon payments if each underlying closes at or above 80% of its starting value. The coupon has a memory feature, meaning missed payments can be made up later if the condition is met again. Beginning in February 2027, the issuer may also call the notes monthly at par plus any applicable coupon.
If the notes are not called and any underlying falls by more than 40% from its starting value, investors are exposed to one-to-one downside on the least performing underlying, potentially losing up to the full principal amount. Otherwise, principal is returned at maturity. The notes are not listed on any exchange and are unsecured obligations subject to the credit risk of the issuer and guarantor. The initial estimated value per note was below the public offering price.
