Bank of America’s BofA Finance LLC filed a pricing supplement for $1,000,000 of Contingent Income Buffered Issuer Callable Yield Notes due November 9, 2028. The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Bank of America Corporation, priced on November 4, 2026, and issued on November 9, 2026. Their performance is tied to the least performing of three underlyings: the Nasdaq-100 Technology Sector Index, the Russell 2000 Index, and the State Street Utilities Select Sector SPDR ETF.
The notes offer a contingent coupon of 10.00% per year, paid monthly at 0.8334%, if on each monthly observation date every underlying closes at or above 70% of its starting value. Beginning February 9, 2027, the issuer can call the notes monthly for principal plus any applicable coupon. If held to maturity and not called, investors receive the full principal unless any underlying has declined by more than 20%; in that case, losses beyond the 20% buffer are taken on a one-for-one basis, potentially losing up to 80% of principal. A final coupon may also be paid if the final observation meets the coupon threshold. The notes are not listed on any exchange, and their initial estimated value was $990.90 per $1,000 principal amount, below the $1,000 public offering price.
