Bloomberg says Anthropic hit over $11.5 billion in preliminary Q2 2026 revenue. That is a 14-fold rise from the $787 million reported in Q2 2025.
Growth stayed strong compared to earlier this year too. Revenue more than doubled from $4.73 billion in Q1 2026.
Early investor materials also show positive adjusted operating income. This profit signal helps big investors judge if the business can last.
These numbers are not audited or final yet. But the trend is clear enough to spark action in capital markets.
Anthropic has confidentially filed for an IPO. They are working with three banks on the deal:
- Morgan Stanley
- Goldman Sachs
- JPMorgan Chase
A public listing could arrive as soon as this fall. No firm date, price, or exchange exists right now.
Fast sales growth plus early profits suggest a shift away from pure R&D spending. The company appears focused on active IPO prep.
We must watch if this pace holds through the rest of 2026. That will decide if the fall plan stays on track or slips to next year.
